General purpose for bags breaker is opening MSW package that entering in sorting complexes. It consists of a feeder hopper with a "Movable floor" system and a bursting unit equipped with a hydraulic drum and a pressure comb. The "Movable floor" system is resistant to shock loads, which makes it possible to use front-end and grab loaders on the feed, and ensures uniform material supply to the tearing block.
The hydraulic drum, divided into segments that rotate according to a certain algorithm, drags the material under the clamping combs (the clamping force of seventeen independent combs is regulated by hydraulics), guaranteed to break at least 95% of packages with MSW.
