By repeating the treatment every 2,000-5,000 working hours you can keep restoring the friction surfaces and thus increasing the lifetime of your mechanisms again, and again, and again…
When you add our restorative compounds to the system, they create a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) layer on the metal friction surfaces as a result of physico-chemical reactions. A DLC layer is much more smooth and wear-resilient than the original friction surface, even a new one. Its growth optimizes the gaps in the friction pairs. The friction coefficient reduces significantly, thus reducing energy consumption. You can notice that after already 6 working hours by lower vibration and noise levels, by lesser temperatures of the bearings, reducers, etc.
The compounds can be used on: engines, transmissions, bearings, reducers, compressors, and hydraulic pumps.
