The QLB-30 is a 30 t/h batch-type asphalt mixing plant designed for road construction, road maintenance and small to medium-sized asphalt pavement projects.
The plant combines a drying and heating drum with a horizontal twin-shaft forced mixer. The drying drum is responsible for drying and heating the aggregates, while the twin-shaft mixer provides intensive and uniform batch mixing of heated aggregates, bitumen and mineral filler.

Working Process
- Cold aggregates are fed from the cold aggregate bins and conveyed to the drying drum.
- The drying drum removes moisture and heats the aggregates to the required temperature. The heated aggregates are then lifted and screened into different particle sizes.
- After accurate weighing, the aggregates are mixed with mineral filler and bitumen in the horizontal twin-shaft mixer. The forced batch mixing system ensures thorough and uniform mixing of the asphalt mixture.
- The finished asphalt mixture is discharged into the finished product storage bin and then loaded onto trucks for transportation to the construction site.
