Tarend RCD rotating cratedumper
This machine enables to unload the full fruit crates onto the conveyor belt in a continuous and gentle way. Machine can be used standalone or can be connected to other sorting or packing lines. The speed of the machine is adjustable and can be controlled via HMI for different capacities.

Roller inspection table 300 x 100 cm, equipped with lighting

The inspection table consists of a roller conveyor with aluminum rollers, each with a diameter of 50 mm and a pitch of 35 mm. This results in a maximum gap between the rollers of 20 mm. The rollers are 1,000 mm wide. On both sides, there is space for 4 operators, allowing up to 8 workers to operate the inspection table simultaneously. The maximum reach for each operator is 50 cm. The product is divided into two lanes by a guiding “roof” separator. The table is equipped with lighting to ensure proper product inspection.
Class 2 products are removed by a 250 mm wide conveyor belt located above the inspection table. This belt transfers the product at a right angle to a discharge belt, which moves the product to a Class 2 box provided by the customer. Defective and rotten products are removed by two belts located underneath the inspection table. These two belts transfer the products at a right angle to a discharge belt that leads to a box for defective and rotten products, also provided by the customer. All belts are frequency-controlled, except for the right-angle discharge belt for defective and rotten products.
