We offer a Peleton-3000 DUO MT wet sawdust pellet production line with an SA-600 aerodynamic dryer. The pellet production line includes two Peleton-300 pellet machines with a power of 22 kW each and a capacity of up to 350 kg/h, which combined gives a capacity of up to 700 kg/h.

On the Peleton 3000 - DUO MT pellet production line, you can successfully pellet harder raw materials such as sawdust (including beech) and softer ones such as hay, straw and even fodder. The use of this pelleting complex may have various applications depending on the needs of our customers.

The equipment of the PELETON-3000 DUO MT production line includes:

PS-400 container with screw feeder. This unit consumes 3 kW of electricity and has smooth regulation of raw material feeding using a potentiometer.

Two reliable PELETON-300 pellet machines: one pellet machine with a capacity of up to 350 kg/h for pellet production and up to 700-800 kg/h for feed production, which can easily handle various types of raw materials. The customer can choose engines with a power of 22 kW or 30 kW. The power of the engines is adjusted to the raw material being processed. For processing soft raw materials and feed, a 30kW engine is installed, while for processing sawdust and biomass into pellets, we recommend a 22kW engine.

SB-200: calibrating and cooling drum performs the function of additional cooling of pellets and granules. The main purpose of the calibrator is to sift the finished product and separate dust and particles. The power of the calibrating drum is 0.12 kW.

ASO-300 closed extraction system: The device uses a fan to circulate the air necessary to cool the pellets and place dust in special dust collection bags. Power 1.5 kW.

Control panel of the pellet production line: using one cabinet, you can control two feeders and pellet machines separately. Small dimensions and a built-in electronics cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient to use. Installation close to the production line is recommended.

SA-600 aerodynamic dryer: with a calibrator that dispenses wet sawdust into the dryer. Then the dried raw material is transported through piping to the cyclone, which is placed directly above the PS-400 screw feeder.

Aerodynamischer Trockner SA-600: mit einem Kalibrator, der nasses Sägemehl in den Trockner abgibt. Anschließend wird das getrocknete Rohmaterial über Rohrleitungen zum Zyklon transportiert, der direkt über dem Schneckenförderer PS-400 platziert ist.

SB-200: bęben kalibrujący oraz chłodzący wykonuje funkcję dodatkowego schładzania peletu oraz granulatu. Głównym przeznaczeniem kalibratora jest przesianie gotowego produktu i oddzielenie pyłu oraz drobiazgów. Moc bębna kalibrującego to 0,12 kW.

Zamknięty system odciągowy ASO-300: Urządzenie za pomocą wentylatora zapewnia cyrkulację powietrza niezbędnego do schładzania peletu oraz umieszczania kurzu w specjalne worki odpylające. Moc 1,5 kW.

Panel sterowania linii do produkcji peletu: za pomocą jednej szafki sterujesz osobno dwoma podajnikami oraz peleciarkami. Małe wymiary i wbudowany system chłodzenia elektroniki sprawiają, że panel sterowania jest niezawodny i wygodny w użytkowaniu. Zalecany jest montaż w pobliżu linii produkcyjnej.

Suszarnia aerodynamiczna SA-600: wraz z kalibratorem który dozuje do suszarni mokre trociny. Następnie suszony surowiec transportowany jest orurowaniem aż do cyklonu, który ustawiony jest bezpośrednio nad podajnikiem ślimakowym PS-400.
