Larger machine parts are to be dismantled on site into smaller
transportable parts
so that they can be moved with the existing overhead crane (25 tonnes)
The estimated amount of material is at least 300 tonnes
The press and ancillary units must be disconnected from all media (electricity

cooling water) in advance by ContiTech

The construction site is to be secured with closed
non-flammable construction fence elements (approx. 50
metres) to prevent sparks from flying to neighbouring workplaces
and secure the excavation pit
If cutting torches or angle grinders are being used during dismantling
2 persons must be assigned as a fire watch (1 person in the basement and
1 person on the ground floor)
The construction site must be left swept clean after completion of the work
The contractor shall provide
