The SD17E mini excavator has an operating weight of 1420kg. Compact in size and flexible in steering, it is engineered for confined and restricted workspaces. It is widely used for yard renovation, landscaping, indoor demolition, small infrastructure excavation, orchard land clearing, pipeline trenching, farm land preparation and other construction tasks. The engine delivers a maximum power of 29KW (39.5 HP) at a rated speed of 2200rpm, offering stable and strong power without speed drop under heavy loads. It runs on No.2-D diesel fuel for convenient refueling.

The standard bucket is 430mm wide with a capacity of 0.03m³, and the maximum bucket digging force reaches 18KN.

Powerful performance with a wide working range: maximum digging radius 3515mm, maximum digging depth 2200mm, maximum digging height 3315mm, maximum dumping height 2150mm. The boom comes with swing function with 45° left swing and 65° right swing. For trenching along walls, corners and green belts, repeated machine repositioning is unnecessary, greatly improving efficiency for trench excavation and edge cleaning. The crawler undercarriage is retractable: the narrow width is only 960mm and extended width reaches 1260mm. When retracted, it easily passes through narrow gates and tight passages.
The ground pressure is only 35KPa, which causes minimal damage to lawns, paved roads and soft ground, making it ideal for landscaping projects. It can climb slopes up to 30°, traveling steadily on undulating terrain in orchards and farmlands. Travel speed is 1.6km/h; high low-speed torque keeps the machine stable and skid-resistant during operation.

Machine transport dimensions: 3320mm × 960mm × 2200mm. Its compact size facilitates trailer transportation and container loading to reduce logistics costs. An enclosed cabin is optional, providing dustproof, sound insulation, sunshade and rain protection for operators year-round.
