VFDK-3 WALL TYPE CARTRIDGE FILTERED POWDER COATING BOOTH
Wall-type powder coating booths are an economical manual powder coating booth solution for companies producing and powder coating small parts. These powder coating booths save space in the workshop and are a practical method of powder coating the work pieces to be painted.
The wall-type coating booths can be combined with conveyors in transfer-type powder coating plants or have a simple conveyor line according to the project.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The extraction fan is located at the top of the booth, at the end of the system. The pressurized air flow created by the fan carries the powder coating particles towards the filters and collects them on the outer surface of the filters. Powder coating filters are cartridge type and are cleaned during operation by a pull-reverse filter cleaning system. The pull-reverse system consists of pulse valves and a compressed air tank, controlled automatically or operated using manual buttons on the control panel.

POWDER RECYCLING
As a result of the filter cleaning system, powder coating particles fall down and are manually collected in a bucket at the bottom of the filter unit. This bucket can optionally be a simple drawer or can be with a sieve having a vibration motor with a powder pump to sift the powder coatings collected on it and transfer the sifted powders for reuse and send it to the powder recovery system for reuse.
The powder coating booth is designed as single-sided open type for manual powder coating. There is an electrical panel on the system and the electrical wiring up to the motors has been done.

2.1. CONTROL PANEL AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
The electrical control cabinet is mounted externally on the side wall of the powder booth and is internally wired from the motors to the electrical cabinet. The control panel consists of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC branded switchgear components and from panel elements in accordance with international standards.
