1.5. AUTOMATION SYSTEM (PROKSERNET|SCHNEIDER)
ProkserNET Automation Program Features;
A new program which is developed by our engineers, is using infrastructure of Microsoft DirectX, Microsoft. NET,
SQL database and 3D modeling method.The program easy to use because it is completely Turkish, English,
German, French and Russian.
 Production Screen;You can monitor process of the operation on the animation screen, which is
infrastructure by Microsoft DirectX. During the producing, required values, measurement values and differences
of values will be shown. Following of the measured will be checked by the system during the process and it will
be shown on automation screen with error sound if there is a problem. It can add or discharge water
automatically without changing value of cement, during the process.
 Entering;You can change the value of production to add or discharge while you are producing your order.
You can portray unlimited customer, target, transfer with different drivers. Definition of silo and material can be
changed and checked by the operator easily on the computer.
 Settings; The automation system uses lots of parameters, that was designed to be understandable easily for
any user; to get most efficient performance. Also, the settings can be locked not to be changed by workers.
 History;When user want, he can checked old production records or details. And if there is need, the old
production records or details can be printed any time.
 Reporting; The program saves unlimited production record in database, so you can get report (production,
receipt, customer, field work, etc.) with different time periods as daily, weekly, monthly, yearly when it is
needed. Reports can be printed or forward them to excel or PDF files. Also, Stock reports can be get at the same
way.
 Delivery Note;You can print delivery note after or before the manufacture. If you don't want to print at that
time, you can print them from the database when it is needed. Also you can split or merge manufactures’
delivery note when it is needed them. After manufacturing, if customer changes, You can change the new
customer and reprint a new delivery note.
 User Permissions;You can limit operators or any user permissions when it is needed.
 Manufacturing from Orders;You can define daily order list to the program and ordered lists can be
produced through the program. You can monitor orders produced and remaining time by time.
 Planned Manufacture;Before manufacturing is completed, you can enter the next production to program. If
you save the next production record to program, after the last production finish , the next production will start
automatically.
 Internet;The program is designed to be controlled via the internet. By via internet, you can do reporting,
editing, deleting or viewing ( receipts, field work, customers, production details, etc. ) . Also, you can create,
remove or edit order records for defined user rights. Reports may print or save on PDF, Excel by using via internet. For using via internet, you should get a static ip. Infrastructure for internet ( staticip, internet line, etc. )
will be provided by yourself. P.S.: Internet features are optional and requires additional charge.
 Remote Support;If you have an internet connection in cabin, we can help and solve problems quickly and
you will have technical support about automation program.
 Accounting Software Integration; We can integrate your accounting program that may be Logo, Micro,
Netsis, etc. , so when you print any delivery note from ProkserNET automation program, system saves delivery
note record to your accounting software automatically. We will need your accounting program’s information (
server name, user name, password, etc. ). Accounting integrations are optional. Also ProkserNET automation
program has SQL database, so your accounting program partner will get delivery note from ProkserNET.
 Manufacturing with Android Tablet;It supports bigger than 10" screen resolutions. And it works with Wi-
Fi protocol. If there is any problem on PC, you can use tablet for automatic production. Also you can use tablet
for manual controls, recordings and monitor history records. It supports Wi-Fi protocol, so you can use tablet
outside of cabin via Wi-Fi. Only you can't print report or delivery note by using Android Tablet

2. SALES CONDITIONS
In this part you will find guarantee conditions, commissioning of the concrete mixing plant and responsibilities of
the customers.
2.1. GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
 Concrete Mixing Plant has been taken under guarantee from the date of commissioning in the installation site
for a period of 1 year by SEMIX.
 Those deficiencies that originate from the faulty use or faulty or missing maintenance of the Concrete Mixing
Plant or that originate from the normal wear and tear of the parts that operate together with those damages
that may occur due to natural disasters, fire, theft, seizure, etc. that are not covered by warranty.
 The boarding and accommodation costs of the team that will be sent for those deficiencies that may occur (
within 1 year ) after the installation of the Concrete Mixing Plant will be on buyer’s account, 150 euro per day.
 Electric motors and electrical switchgear equipment is not covered by warranty. Electrical problems, voltage
fluctuations and parts affected by power failure that are not covered by warranty.
2.2. COMMISSIONING OF THE CONCRETE MIXING PLANT
 2 authorized technical personnel will be provided as supervisors for the installation and the commissioning
process of the Concrete Mixing Plant for mechanical and automation commissioning. The trip, boarding and
accommodation costs of the installation team belong to your party.
2.3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT
 The transportation costs are on buyer’s account (inclusive of the way insurance and other insurances).
 The application Works in relation to the location of installation of the Concrete Mixing Plant, the civil
construction project and the civil construction are on buyer’s account. The installation site will be prepared in
accordance with the placement project that would be supplied by SEMIX.
 The calibration weights and the materials that would be needed while commissioning the Concrete Mixing
Plant and on continuous basis will be supplied by buyer’s party.
 The part of the electric energy of the Concrete Mixing Plant cables up to the command panels will be supplied
by your party.
 The provision of Water to the Water Bunker belong to buyer , ( at the desired quantity and pressure) and the
Water pump and the Water pressurizing System belong to BUYER account
 The boarding and accommodation costs of the installation team will be on buyer’s account.
 The provision of the necessary crane and the other means and apparatuses that would be needed for the
installation together with the assisting personnel belongs to buyer’s account.
 If the preparation time or time period that is agreed by parts pass, the buyer will be liable for our deficit, that
is 175 euro per day.
 Note: SDA INDUSTRY Co. shall retain the right of changes in technical details, because of settlement, special
offers, etc.
